I think it was legal in Ontario to have up to 10 grams on your person, but anymore was not allowed, however, with the new government we just voted in, this law seems to be getting a reversal.

My facts may be wrong.

Other drugs I believe are illegal.

It is legal (at least in Ontario,) for women to walk around topless in public. No one does it, but we are allowed to.

If you want to get some accurate info, I suggest you google it.

Keep in mind that just like each state has different laws, so does each province. So, if you plan to be going somewhere specific, like Newfoundland, or Ontario, then you should google that.

Well, it would be more accurate than some random people on TA.

If you google it, you can find some newspaper articles and some documents on legal websites with a little more detail.

I'm sure he will come up with a lot of B.S. but if he is a moron and can't pick out the creditable sites, well... oh well.

The laws are the same in all provinces for criminal law

I didn't think that was the case.

If I remember correctly, it was only Ontario that it was legal to have a certain amount of marijuana on them.

To be honest, it was never a concern for me, so I am not completely knowledgable on the subject.

"MDMA is Schedule III in Canada, meaning it requires a prescription or license to legally possess."

How do I get a prescription or license?

Don't worry man. Yeah it's illegal, but the cops have more important things to worry about so usually they're rather lenient when it comes to weed, especially in some of the big cities. Just don't be blatent about it or carry around pounds of the stuff.
