where they just dont belive you?

the guy was asking about my apparent computer knowledge...

i told him i built all of my familys computers, and how i've had the same case since 2000 but nothing is the same.


"so you upgraded stuff?"

"yes"

"like what?"

"everything..."

"what do you mean everythign?! tell me what you did!"

uh....everything?


well didn't say that, i told him all the peices i've done, which is everything, but it didn't look like he belived me, and that's a big piss off, cause the job is so fucking easy and they make it sound like rocket science.

He probably doesn't have a vague clue how computers are put together. It's not that complicated to assemble PCs. Kinda like playing with legos.

Interviewers kind of have a tendency to prefer specific responses to their questions. If they ask what you upgraded and you just apathetically respond with "Everything..." you're going to look like an ass. They want to know that you know what you're doing.
