Clovis - Stonedacion LA 2

Awhile ago I made a CD sized mix while stoned and fucking with ableton live that turned out pretty good. This is the sequel, but using my new toy:

I've been very lazy to warp new tracks lately, for ableton use, but tonight I was feeling in the mood to put the x-session to the test, since I havn't really done a proper mix with it till today. This was completely unplanned, I picked my opening track, and then pressed play and started mixing. Track 9 is a fuck up, I wanted to play a different track but I hit play on the wrong one. So then I worked with it. The tracklist is not full, because there are a few tracks which get mashed together and a few that play on for long periods of time, or come in and out. I suggest being stoned while listening, if you wanna get into my state of mind.

You might note that I'm feeling more summery in music lately, because spring is here. This is a good mix for driving around on a sunny day.

Since I'm sure you know some of the tracks pretty well, I think you'll like it.

Shut up you know you like it. Plus that's actually a really cool idea, it really showcases what someone can do with Ableton. It's not that fun to just mix tracks like you would on cdjs/turntables. You gotta loop/layer tracks man! It's hot. Plus I don't recall anyone complaining when Sasha looped Massive Passive for THE ENTIRE 2 HOUR ESSENTIAL MIX.
