Childhood

what what your childhood like?
were you one of those chubby happy kidz or were you one of those mysterious shy kidz that sat alone in the corner? heh

Humm I was always shy hehe cept till i went to grade school. and from there on I was never shy... I'll add more later

I was kind of both. I could be talkative at some times but was usually quiet, not so quiet as to hide in the corner but quiet. I'm really only talkative with my close friends.

i was an arrogant ignorant piece of shit...and i hated my teenage hood....


my childhood on the other hand was something i cherish to this day...life was alot easier back then and everything was a beautiful...it seems the more u understand the world the darker it becomes =(

i used to like causing trouble, trouble was fun when your young

Memories of your childhood are like a dream after you wake up you can't remember them. Sometimes a distictive smell or a sound can trigger flash back for a breif moment.

i was so fat that people beat me up and got my money....then i would come home and cry in my pillow and think about my other options...actually no not true

I was a quite a crazy kid I used to start with people all the time when they wound me up, and often I used to gob and start with people a lot bigger and who'd put me 6ft under if I fought them, but I got respect for it , and never really had anyone lay a finger on me because I was like that.

I was very loud, friendly, and chatty aswell.

I used to kill lots of animals when I was a kid.

I was a total sqaure for most of my teens.
I was a geek / a jock / an alternative 80s freak / teacher's pet.
I basically was a social chameleon that could fit into any situation.
My parents were very cool. They were party animals actually lol!
When my sister and I had parties back in highschool it was great because all our friends all knew each other.
My dad collected vinyl (he had over 3000 albums) of classic rock / hard rock / blues / contemperary / pop etc etc.
All my friends loved my parents.
They would sometimes join us later on (which was ok), but most of the time they gave us our space to be with our friends.
I love my parents! But I miss them too.
They live in Alberta (Edmonton), I live in Brampton (just north of Toronto)...so I only get to see them about once a year.
I guess I lucked out really. Oh sure there were times when I was upset with them (who isn't??) but overall...I wouldn't trade them for anything!

i was a bit of a crier and teachers pet. things have changed now, sorta. ive always been a sarcastic asshole although usually just in jest...most people think i hate them tho...i grew up in one of the greatest cities to live in the world over, yet one of the shittiest places for a kid to grow up. thankfully i have reason and i managed to escape at age 18, only longing to go back most of the time i was a paper ariplane master and ran really fast. my childhood was the shit tho...im who i am today because of it(quiet, thoughtful and so hot you cant help yourself...) late/

I was/am a lil sarcastic... easy to get along with... never had a problem with makin friends and adjusting to schools. I liked my childhood And now high school's a blast.

It took me a while to get out of the darkness... to stop being shy and so worried with what people think about me, people that would never care about me. but it was always an issue for me...

anyway.

I don't regret anything about my childhood. there's no point in that. what oculd I change? the only thing is, I will know how to act with my kids, what to do and what not to.

I know I've gone a lil off-topic.

hey hold on a sec...ive killed a few animals in my time...dont get offended ive read somewhere its a normal thing to do as a kid....ive killed a few frogs 1 squirrel and a goose with my slingshot

OK, maybe I over-reacted but to just say 'oh, in my childhood I killed lots of animals and thats all' is kind of a stupid reply. I doubt he grew up on a farm and if he did he probably would have specified it. Also, I'm against killing innocent animals with slingshots and shit. Its really not too far from just killing a person, they have a life and a right to it. Insects aren't so bad but still what the hell did they do to you? Unless it's like a mosquitoe that bit you er something else like that.

I've also seen that guy write a bunch of lame replies and just have gotten fed up with it. One more stupid thing and he'll be going on ignore.

I'll have to agree with Trancedj on this. I might sound like a hypocrite since I use to roast ants but killing a squirrel or goose with a slingshot is pretty cruel to me.

My 2 cents.

dude u know what ur a kid...u do dumb shit..its part of growing up...sure the squirrel didnt do anything...but i didnt know better...give a kid a slingshot and two of his bestfriends and guess whats gonna happen...

both.....then i grew up, got "skinny" .....got friends......and felt good about myself......

heh, i remember my friend saying that^^^ when we were kids....and boy was he right about what would happen with me
