Someone mentioned some parties happening under the manhattan bridge on the brooklyn side. Does anybody know anything about that?

i'm not sure. someone posted something about it in another forum but i din't get a chance to ask them about it and now i can't find that hread anymore. I was hoping people over here might know something about it but i guesss they don't are just too lazy to respond.
