I heard their album "King Size" (I think it was called that) and all the tunes sounded the same...

I always thought of them as the "Estonian Darude"

yes, I've heard about them.
I read a review of their albums on www.eurodancehits.com

It seems like they're more into the spacey, progressive style of Dance, rather than 'in-your-face' Trance
