[TRANCE] Marninx pres. Carl Johnson - Marked (5:30min cut-out)

Done with a new tune, did this one under a new guise. Great sounds and atmosphere in this one I think. Let me know what you guys think of it. Not signed YET!

Made with FL Studio, V-Station and Atmosphere

Marninx pres. Carl Johnson - Marked

Any feedback is welcome offcourse, if you've got a song on TA I'll review back

Really nice track, everything sounds full and clear, great melody too.. Wouldn't raise any eyebrows if this made it to tune of the week or future favourite @ asot..

been whoring that GTA game for a bit too long ?

listening..

the first two minutes i only hear random sounds.. a distant beat, bass.. unmemorial build up and predictable boring sounds.. while im listening im trying to focus on the melody, bass and percs.. but its all blurry.. the track has no character..

due to the comments i expected something more..

I'm not sure where the previous poster is going about with "random", but there are some blurriness in a couple elements of the initial buildup.

The atmosphere is wide and full of life. THere is a tad too much side-chaining IMO.

The elements after the breakdown sound limited like heck. I feel like I'm getting hearing-epilipsy, because all the sounds are crammed together too much. It's like you are packing an elephant, a girraffe, and a couple more land-beasts all in the same phone booth.

Give your instruments more space on the dynamic scale, and allow your arrangement to give certain instrumentals more breathing room. THis is just a nit-pick, because your sonic creation skills are much better than mine are.

One other problem I have with it, is the fact that the bassline seems a little buried. It's very muddy, and I easily forget about it.

This is a very crisp sounding production; moody and progressive sounding. It's however.... too phat (In my humble opinion). I'm not sure I like the fade-out either.

OKay thnxz guys for the helpful feedback, but the fade in and fade out are only for the wwwedit I'm not gonna post a full to use track.

well i am actually at school and listening with very weak speakers, so i can judge it right, but it seems to be very good, i like the synth u used in the build up, that "sun transmiting" chord synth, liked it overall, keep it up

Best Wishes
