unfortunately yes .. i have been rather bz with uni crap to have a life and check out new gears and stuff.
With vinyl scratch capabilities? Doesn't a cdj800+ do that?
i m not sure ... i m really out dated with all these dj equipments and stuff now .
I'm curious to know if they have resolved the early quality issues with these units. I recall reading of heat dissipaton problems, specifically. Anyone using a new CDX care to comment?
check out the numark website...i believe they're coming out with an updated one
i think this guy has been in a bomb shelter for the past 5 years.....
lols...
well numark has already came out with a cdj and turntable hybrid... that should put the cdx to extinction..
I'm sure the vinyl capability on the CDX doesn't really feel like a real turntable.
It really isn't like a real turntable. CDJs and Denons feel more like vinyl than the CDX does, unfortunately. Plus, the CDX only gives 0.1% pitch increments.

lol at only just discovering the CDX
I think I got mine around the end of 2004 start of 2005 cant really rmember now but I've had it for a long time and it still ranks up with one of the best things I have ever bought.
There are a lot of people it seems don't like it. But if anyone asked me about a CD deck I'd say to get this.
The silver one is the HDX which can use hdd's or cd's, but has a very big price tag and its def not worth the money.
Also theres lots of info about these decks and Hybrid cd/tt decks at www.skratchworx.com
there is a new hybrid Numark deck in the works that actually uses a tonearm and everything.
