Cinco de Mayo plans

OK everyone....its Wed night and I am already thinkin about drinkin, in fact, i am already drinkin...ok but back to the point.


What are we gonna do on Friday???

There are 3 suggestions on the table:

1. Twisted Taco in Midtown
2. Rosa place in ATL Station
3. Mex place by Greg and Cyn off N.Druid hills


Sooooo, the question is, what does everyone want to do?

post what your choice is and then we can make the final decision!

exactly will you be doing at these resteraunts?

cuz all i plan on doing is drinking my ass off.

well scott has dojo till 10 and i think i have to work early on saturday so i don't think we'll be doing any cinco stuff.

we'll see you saturday

the mex place is actually in norcross near where i work, but its a lot cheaper than other places.. margritas are BIG and STRONG... plus i know the owner, so he usually hooks us up... and there will be a mariachi band there.... in addition there is a hotel next door.. so we can get crazy at the mex place and then crawl to the hotel... have a drunk hotel party? i know silly.. but keep us all from driving wasted....

greg's idea sounds fun.

hotel maybe not, but im down for whatever me thinks.

i vote for the place near greg's work too. This place is like your average mexican place, but the food is a little better and the margaritas are strong and BIG. Greg and his coworkers eat there several times a week, if not just to stop by and get a drink after work, so he knows the owner pretty well, who is a pretty cool guy. basically if we go and we tell the guy you are our friends we'll all be taken care of... we cant for sure make a guarantee about getting discounts, etc but when we were there for st. patty's day each margarita got a shot floated on top and greg ended up behind the bar...the owner even got one of the employees to stop by the store and get cigarettes for greg!

should be fun!!!

Well, sounds like number 3 is it.

Post some directions. What time are we thinking meet there? Like 8ish maybe? that way everyone will have time to get home from work and stuff.

So for Saturday, I just checked weather.com and it shows partly cloudy and 78 for Sat. So sounds like pool party will be on.

Will post some more details a little later today.

Just tell me where-I'll be wherever the margarita's and the peeps are!

Can't make it for dinner and drinks unless you guys plan to stay there well past 11. I'll find out if there's anything going on afterwards.

man, fucking not having our camera for cinco de mayo, then the pool party, then the fucking cirque de soliel, and walking aroudn downtown after and then chilling at halo. missed all those good times on pics, fuaaaak

weekend ruined. didn't even get to see the guat to celebrate cinco de mayo day since it's such a special day for them!

Cinco De Mayo don't mean shit to the Guat and the Puerto Ricans... Just an excuse to drink... You need to find yourself a mexican for it to be "such a special day"!

yeah we really dont celebrate it at home.
