I wasn't referring to the amount of flares they used, and I am aware of the ultra/radical movements in Northern Africa as they are very overlooked due to the poor quality of the leagues (sorry). I am not a L'OM supporter but I don't know too many teams that can fill up both nets with Ultras the size of their stadium and travel with 5,000+ to almost every game. I don't know what kind of scale you use to determine who is most/least fanatical but whatever scale it is, L'OM will push any team in any category.

Yeah I remember that match. Konstantinou had scored a superb goal.
At our last chance with Vlaovic I was crying because he missed that sure goal.
