Shining!
Despite it being 100% Tiesto produced, it's still one ecletic trip through Trance nostalgia! Muchas gracias.

I know you probably tried your best to represent Tiesto's work through this track selection, but I felt that there are better tracks which represent Tiesto a whole lot better and not as lackluster. For example his work under the Kamaya Painters (group), Allure, or Gouryella (group) aliases. I was waiting throughout this whole mix for some signature sound that would immediately grab and hold my attention, but that was not so. In fact, I was introduced to some tracks that were mediocre at best and struggled to keep me listening. One thing I did notice is that you tried to be different. That always works well if done right, but with this mix you were spot on for selecting different tunes just off the mark when it came to which tracks. In other words you were precise, not accurate.
Technically, your beatmatching is great, but you had the gains way too loud for some tracks and the treble way to high for other tracks. I think you already know why too much gain is a problem, but if not I'll explain: The higher the gain, the higher the sound distortion. The treble is also hell on the ears. Too high a treble makes for a squeaky sounding track as if you were listening to someone scratch a chalkboard. Please adjust that next time. Overall I commend you for being different and delivering a technically solid mix. I wish you much luck in your future mixes and listening to them as well.
