Exclamation Good Morning Tota!

What did you eat for breakfest?

Normaly I don't eat breakfest and it's been like that for over 12 yrs, but lately ... breakfest is back on the chart for me.

Today : Eggs, bacon, and a salad.

McD's breakfest is what I normaly have when I had an early class.

you cant skip breakfast! i hate doing that! your sleeping for like 6 hours on average, and probably didnt eat much before you go to bed, then goign to wait until noon to eat again!? your body needs energy to think properly and work properly in the morning!

I cooked two eggs, buttered some toast, and put it together in a sandwich with summer sausage (the deli meat slices), and my usual huge cup of tea in the morning lol

Having eggs more than once a week isn't exactly healthy for you!

Can't skip breakfast. If I do, I'm back asleep by 10 am. Had a bown of raisin bran + 2% milk + banana this morning, plus two granola bars and a pear.

how come so many people drink soy milk? i drink 1% milk. what's the diff... pros/cons etc.?

AND i was starving by 11 am.

Ben, there are varied views around as to the pros/cons of soy milk. First of all its a great alternative if you are lactose intolerant or vegan.

Soy contains phytoestrogens which some say help to control hormonal imbalance and lower cholesterol.

Others say that phytoestrogens are infact responsible for an increase in levels of estrogen. Soy also contains an anti-nutrient called "phytic acid" which prevents the absorption of certain minerals.

Read up on it some more. I used to drink soy since i cannot drink regular milk. However i have recently cut back on drinking soy milk.

Rice milk is a good alternative but you have to find the right one for you. Some taste like dog shit

Yup i'm the same... i can only eat after a certain time otherwise i'm nauseous the whole morning
