Please note that these game screens are still in development. I want to polish them up more before it is complete. -Masahiro Sakurai |

When asked about the possibility of Sonic the Hedgehog appearing in the game as well, Shigeru Miyamoto said: "There are probably possibilities for other third parties as well, and it maybe that even know there are corporate discussions going on about including some of these other characters."

Sakurai said he thought long and hard on how to fit Snake in, since he's usually armed with a gun. Sakurai said he doesn't want to incorporate real weapons in game, but if the characters used rocket launchers or other explosives it might be funny. He also said Snake will use his infamous cardboard box in the game.

The main theme was created for us by none other than famed Final Fantasy composer, Nobuo Uematsu! Additionally, opera singer Ken Nishikiori has also participated in this project on vocals. ...And as a special service to readers of this site, I can say that the game's music will be performed by a full orchestra. ![]() It will be a deluxe chorus complete with lyrics in Latin. It's of a slightly different disposition than previous Smash Bros. games, wouldn't you say? I also want to change the atmosphere of the game itself a little, too. But you'll just have to look forward to how I'll be doing that.

Even better, the game will be fully online playable in addition to featuring a robust multiplayer mode. "My plan is to include Wi-Fi connection compatibility and online functionality. One of the primary reasons Super Smash Bros. Brawl was created was that Nintendo, when taking Wii online, wanted to have Smash Bros. to do that," added Sakurai.
Flippin' sweet! YAAAAAAAAAAAY.
Box item FTMFW.
Looks like Meta Knight is a playable character, as well.
We'll probably see another F-Zero character be added to the roster.
The final secret unlockable should be the little guys from Meteos. Or Phoenix Wright. OBJECTION!!
The trailer at IGN is
.
Can anyone explain me what is this?
Is this a game or just a promo trailer for the Nintendo games?
'Tis a game. Next title for the Smash Bros. series on the Wii. It's a fighting game featuring a bunch of console gaming icons battling eachother. Probably one of the best fighting games ever made.
This one looks like it'll be a blast!
haha if snake's in that... hiiiilarious!
looks great then
I don;t know now what to choose...Wii or a PS3?
Wii has many good games but PS3 has Final Fantasy 13 which looks shit.
WOW !! OMG this is so great...
It's so funny Sir. Meta Knight is a playable character now. Hahaha; I always liked him while playing Kirby.
I still hope "Mewtwo & Marth" are in though; since they were my best characters in Super Smash Bros Melee
The online multiplayer support is MASSIVE; and I'm curious how to play this game with the remote pads. Haha; this sounds like FUN !!
