Hello there TAs!

Does anybody have any news about this tune...ie when it's gonna be released and on which label? I'm desperate to get my hands on a copy, as it's my fave tune of the year so far thanks to the new Gatecrasher CD!

I've hunted high and low... and I think the answer is no. And I think I know the reason why too...

The last Gatecrasher compilation that was released as an unmixed vinyl set was Gatecrasher: Discotech Generation. This was the last release on Incredible records. Now since the Gatecrasher Digital album, they've started to use their own label 'Gatecrasher Music' to release compilations. And on this label it looks as though they don't want to release unmixed LPs.

So basically, they've switched labels and so now they don't currently aim at the vinyl market... which means no more Gatecrasher vinyl albums for now! On one hand it's a real shame cos it means we have to wait longer before we can buy full versions of the really good tunes featured on Gatecrasher albums. On the other hand, though, it probably means that all my Gatecrasher vinyl albums are worth more!

Gatecrasher is putting the compilations out on their own label.

The tune I'm talking about is track 7 on cd 1 (the cd which is named 'The Science') of the new Gatecrasher album (Gatecrasher Experience). The track is called 'Ascension' and it's by Goldenscan. Hence the name of the thread.

No! The tune I am talking about has no vocals. Do you have the new Gatecrasher cd?! If so, it's TRACK 7 on CD 1. Now go away and listen to it!

I agree that Gatecrasher Digital was a bit crap... but I think the new album, Gatecrasher Experience, is top notch. The first cd is absolutely spankin'!!

Cool! If you can get a copy of the same mix of Goldenscan- Ascension that's on CD 1 of the Gatecrasher Experience album, then I would be very interested...
