[GAMETIME] - Alphabet Game - The NYC Edition!

Ok both my bosses are out today and half of the other people are gone so i am announcing today as the national kid nyce is chilling at work day today so beware, postwhore is on the prowl...

Ok so you all know the game the revolves around the alphabet and license plates and all that jazz, well this is the New York City Version!

TEST YOUR KNOWLEDGE SPREAD SOME LOVE

Starting with the letters of the alphabet name one place in New York City (MANHATTAN ONLY!) that can either be any of the following:

---------------------------------
Restaurant, Venue, Museum, Clothing Store, Neighborhood, Nightlife Activity, or anything that makes NYC NYC (MANHATTAN ONLY!)...

!Rules!
1-Name of the Place
2-Location (go search it out fools)
3-A description of what it is and why we should visit it
---------------------------------

I'll start

A
Alphabet City
-Between e14th St down to Delancy and 2nd Ave to Avenue D
-Home of the bar-hopping community, 10 bars on 3 blocks in 10minutes [you can do it!]

NEXT!

Brooklyn...

WHY: just cause.

Where: located next to manhattan shares a bridge with Staten, and an Airport with Queens.

Posted by trunks1022 on May-12-2006 13:20:

chinatown

extends from... broadway all the way east to forsyth or something, and from grand to worth/bowery (geographically it's not a square or a rectangle)

cheap foods, gear, etc. a little slice of everything can be found there

(anyone notice that on the TA mainpage that we're now called "new york" and not "new york city")?

Posted by EarnYourKeep on May-12-2006 13:23:

Maybe I should make it clear - NYC as in MANHATTAN lol

I'll edit my post but let this slide, not saying I am biased towards BK or the other boroughs, just that since NYTA spans from NY to DC to Boston, it'll be too hard to manage if people are throwing out random places in the outskirts of queens or as far as the boonies of Binghamton =) lol anyways Brookly can slide this time, but I'll edit my first post to state MANHATTAN ONLY!
