Yeah buy every single CD, MP3, Vinyl record, 8-track etc etc known to man kind! Or better yet put all of that on a bunch of DVD-Rs stacked up to the ceiling in a concert hall, and well...that is a suggestion...

I was thinking it but didn't really want to say it

These suggestions threads are getting silly. It's okay to suggest something that you truly can't find, but stuff like this..it's almost as if you could suggest anything out of the blue, it's way too open ended. It's a waste of space..don't mean to be a jerk about it but jeeze..

DHT - Listen To Your Heart

after careful analysis of your musical tastes and taking into account the suggestion above, I have concluded that you must shoot yourself.

I have to say I'm kinda surprised that someone who's been registered since 2003 is making a post like this... On the positive side I don't think I can say you're completley narrow minded

for an imaginary song
it is pretty good..
tiesto fly
has sorta a gothic feel (industrialfeel) to it
sorta sticky intro, has a very 80's early 90's fee imo
has sorta a lethal intro kick bass thing going on..
the kickbass is awsome in the track (what do they do )

the vocal is very oppressed

sorta has a cruel summer melody to it.
track is nice (the vocal brings the track down and draws from the regular gloss you may expect.. however the general arpeg is very industrial gothic climatic so it would be out of place.. very downward spiraling track.
almost expect an ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh at the -200.
leaves a pretty big demagnitized feel t the break near the end.
piano is very nice in it.
the vocal is very crushed and almost panged.
the last 30 seconds on the track is pretty retro

DJ Sammy - Why.... (Styles & Breeze Remix)

that's what I am wondering... why? Why do you listen to shit records?

Go out and buy Josh Winks new cd on Ministry of sound.
It will not have the really obscure cuts from his sets but it will still be really good.
It will be commercially accessible enough for you to like it (lets face it you are quite a bit of a cheesebag ) but far better than the SHIT RECORDS you are listening to.

Anybody who gets to do a cd for MOS without selling his soul to the devil deserves respect for his success as a dj and artist.

I respect people that are smart enough to sign deals with majors without playing ..fucking ..dj sammy!
He keeps his music on a ''Josh Wink level'' that he is not willing to drop for a quick buck!
Take a step towards the right direction GO OUT BUY HIS CD! NOW!

I don't even know where to start with the mislabels. Foreigner -- I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight? Try Air Supply.

Cat Stevens - Cats in The Cradle?
Try Harry Chapin.

I'd find more, but that require me to read that whole list.

just remember that only tracks that have the word CLOUD or SKY or RAIN, or even better: all three words, in their name, are the only true trance and dance music.

thx

anyone have any italo disco suggestions?

80s Italo?Try Giorgio Moroder(from here to eternity etc.), Alexander Robotnick, Gazebo but you allready know them i guess(i can't remember any tracks though!). There are some good new italo artists that you have to listen like
Legowelt, bangkok impact, I-F, Alden Tyrell, Putsch 79, Kiko. Legowelt have some great dark italo tracks like "under the panda moon", "hazy city nights" and "beyond the congo" and two full-length albums which offer the best ital-disco out there(in a matter of fact some of the best electronic dance music out there IMO).The first one is Legowelt-"Legowelt Classics 1998-2003" and the other one is Squadra Blanco- "Night of the illuminati" (Squadra Blanco is a side-project by legowelt). Don't be scared by the track-titles, it's still italo!!! Here is the web-site by clone records, a dutch label specialised in neo-italo: http://www.clone.nl/ and legowelt's web-site : http://www.xs4all.nl/~awolfe/.
