I am not quite sure how to answer that question. As far as I know there are 2 gmoneys. gmoney44 and me. A long time ago I was the original Gmoney but after being banned have become Gmoney part 3.

One would think that you'd get the point after being banned twice. Not only that, but you're stupid enough to use a variation of the same name, like no one will notice and re-ban you again.

Anyway, everyone deserves another chance. Our criminal justice sytem is based on that fact. I have paid my debt to TA and deserve to be back.

You can't really except by plea-bargaining. And by figuring out what kind of crime you are going to commit. For example, if you want to steal something, it may be wiser to start with something small so you don't get grand larceny. And if you really despise someone and feel like you have do something violent to them, assault and battery might be better than murdering them .
Anyway, you don't get sent to the electric chair for stealing a candy bar.
