Worm Popper does drinking to much water cause you to sweat more?

I drink a lot of water every day and i find my self sitting at my desk in a office with a fan blowing on me and im sweating so bad. WTF??? Does anyone else have this problem? and can drinking to much water make it worse.

it's actually the other way around. the more you sweat, the more water you should drink.

drinking fluids does not cause you to sweat.

at least it shouldn't...

ps, if you drink too much water, you can get overhydrated/water intoxication. you'd have to drink like a gallon and hour and not do any physical exercise, but it is an actual medical event.

Your hot. If you stop drinking water you'll still sweat, then leaving you dehydrated. Do you work out in the mornings, or take any pills to help with fat loss?

no i dont workout until i get home at night and that is like almost never and no to pills also.

i drink water all the time, sweating is caused by an increase of heart rate and your metabolism being sped up resulting in prespiration to cool your body down =)

but im not hot (temp wise that is) Its cool in my office and i have a portable fan on me all the time.

drinking soda or sugary drinks will probably make it worse and they'll dehydrate you even further...steer clear from those.

Umm...is the water you drink ice cold? Cause if thats the case you body thinks it's getting cold and react by trying to heat up which would cause you to sweat.

Well, if u drink hot tea or coffee then ur gonna sweat but if u mean cold water ur sweating should't increase. Either it's the temperature in the surrounds or ur just a bit chubby ;D

Posted by Haunted on May-17-2006 21:23:

hey man if its cold and you're sweating you most likely have a disorder with your sweat glands. you should see a doctor there are procedures that fix this
