in a nutshell, it's a DOCUMENTARY (meaning it is based on facts, people) about how 9/11 was staged, and the complete debunking of any official "statements" made by the government/controlled US media outlets with FACTUAL EVIDENCE available to ANYONE with the drive to do the research and thusly, know the 'truth.'

this isn't a political thread, just a decent American trying to steer people who aren't aware of the wool over their eyes in the right direction. in other words; if you have a problem with theis video STFU you're IGNORANT

so it's anti-american propaganda or what? i'm not saying that 9/11 COULDN'T have been staged, i just find it highly unlikely. i'll check it out anyways though.

the only thing i hate about movies like this, and to a lesser extent farenheit 911 etc, is that it's too one-sided and opinionated. it's hard to get an objective view on a specific topic without hearing both sides of the argument.

there is no bias in this film... you can not argue with the truth. there is no argument.

EDIT: i implore you to watch, and you'll understand. you'll feel pretty frustrated, angered, and shafted by our Govt. at the end.

well the only other side is the opinion shared by almost every american that we were attacked by terrorists. documentaries like this dont need to present both sides if one side is a widely known and accepted 'truth' that every viewer is familiar with

Posted by Omega_Blue on May-18-2006 07:59:

yeah, i'll definitely check it out. you damn communists

propaganda... they debunked that in the film too, if you'll remember.

at least half of the suspected 'hijackers' are alive today and leading worthwhile lives wherever they are. wait... i thought 'nobody' survived the plane wrecks???

it's definitely not anti-American, man. probably the most American thing that has been released since the attacks... in all seriousness.

fuck you, this is serious.

you probably don't deserve to even be a citizen if that's your attitude towards the whole debacle.

Posted by mezzir on May-18-2006 08:06:

more importantly, anyone got a link to the videos the nsa released?

i'm not taking any side or opinion here. not until i check it out and decide for myself.

but you have to admit, from the average american's standpoint, a pre-staged 911 attack sounds like a conspiracy theory at best.

careful there buddy
while i saw loose change a while ago and it raised some valid questions, challenging convention is very difficult, and it makes bias a much bigger issue considering that this video wasn't backed by others from other streams of social and political thought. if someone told you bush said that gravity was an unescapable law, would you start jumping out of windows expecting that you could fly all along but he wouldn't let you know?

ugh
i dislike bush as much as the next guy, but i feel like its just one big fucking overcrowded bandwagon now

Posted by Omega_Blue on May-18-2006 08:12:

yeah, i'd like to see sources for all of the facts in the video, and then i'll be a believer.

If you think the 9-11 attacks were staged then you have a few screws loose.

exactly
the town i live in is a whole buncha fucking liberal fuckholes with their panties continually in a bunch
we've made the news many times, sometimes for politics, but mostly for political correctness

our high school was planning on doing west side story for our school play our senior year
already somewhat underway casting and one person complained that it was derogatory to puerto ricans. this person wasn't puerto rican. play was cancelled.
guess what we did the next year, which was fine by everyone...urinetown.

hahaha omg also i think it was the day after the 04 election or something, some big political day, state of the union, idk. anyways, the day after it was a puerto rican holiday, and someone hung a bunch up around the center of town. some lady later that day saw them and thought they were the confederate flag, so she went on a rampage and tore them all down.
heh

and all the things are with puerto ricans or anything, those two just stood out as the most ridiculous

if you have faith in your government to tell you what actually occurred, you have more than a few screws loose.

mezzir.. it's not about "jumping on a bandwagon".. it's about facing the evidence. conservatives that try and spin this whole topic as a "conspiracy" are only hurting this country and its citizens.

Posted by trewqy on May-18-2006 08:45:

Much of the "facts" that were given in loose change were debunked.

The beams inside a building were made of steel. As teh temperature rises the tensile stength of the building begines to weaken. Not sure what the temperature was inside.. but its gonna be at least 1000 degrees as the sprinklers cant do shit with jet fuel.

You also have to take into account the wind. You might think this cant really make the towers fall.. but it really causes the steel to reach a certain limit where it would have to give way. Steel isnt the most ductile of materials.

Look I'm a mechanical engineer, and I'm not saying I'm an expert..but it is certainly possible for the towers would fall withOUT the help of "bombs"

link or stfu, i demand it

what wind? all the debris fell inward... the towers imploded, as they do during a controlled demolition.

watch the film! there is nothing that can be argued with

i'm on your side when it comes down to it, but i don't see this video as irrefutable evidence by a long shot

i just don't understand how. everything is explained and sourced! the documents are there, the witnesses are there, it's just there's no 'demand' for the 'truth.'

Given enough dedication I could probably write an article with credible sources cited about how white sliced bread makes people go on psychopathic sprees - heck I have a few friends that could provide you with a mathematical proof for it. I'm not saying you shouldn't believe anything, but be skeptical of everything, especially when it's something that's so unbelievable.

And by the way - everything is biased. The 'blind spot' - by far my favorite bias of them all.
