1c txt

Hi guys!

hope you all had a good day.

How the fuck do you get that 1c txt on your phone? (pre-paid)

Iv'e been to telstras site, read up on it, called 1258888 like they said, pressed "7" for new offer (because they switched it from 8 to 7), then when the terms and conditions came up it said "0" for more. so i replied with '0'. then i just got another txt back saying:

0. More
99. back

so how the fock exactly do I go about getting 1c txt?

what the hell is it with telstra customers having difficulty with understanding that there are telstra shops you just walk into and they help you over the counter?

Seriously, a friend of mine couldn't get call barring lifted from her phone, so she tried to use two different payphones, both of which failed on her. Then she was texting me complaining that she couldn't get through. I told her, "Why not just go to a telstra shop?" The thought had never even crossed her mind. I mean, the first thing i do when i have a problem with my phone is go to the shop i got it from. Much easier than fighting with a recorded messege.

I don't mean for that to sound rude or anything, its just the second time i've heard of a very similar problem and the solution just seems so obvious to me. Doesn't work? go to the shop.

Err, This is a PHONE company we should be able to sort out problems over the PHONE without having to look for the nearest telstra shop. It's an indictment on Telstra that people would rather go out in the cold to find a shop rather than face fighting with the recorded messages of a PHONE company. For that matter why can't we use the internet, doesn't Telstra have something to do with that as well.

btw I hate Telstra

If you are having trouble doing it via the #100# service, just call the 125 8880 number and get the operator to activate it for you.
