Jumbo Tiger Prawns, served with a mango Salad, and gravalx rosette.
Beef Tenderlion, with a bouqitiere of vegetables, and multi colour potato Tower.
Chef Angelo's Mousse Plate Featuring: 4 different kinds of mousse and sorbet.

not that i saw. but i also didn't see all the shows or the openeing recption. was busy in the kitchen at those times.
