There's a good trick to beating him though. If you hang at about half of the way up the left wall and just slide down/jump along that place without hitting the ground, you can pretty much beat him without ever taking damage, because all the missles miss you by an inch.

The Mega Man/X/Legends/Battle Network/Zero series are my favorite games. Period. I'm always playing the old games. X2 is my favorite X game.

For the most part, Zero is reassembled by Serges, one of the X-Hunters (who is rumored to have been a shell for Dr. Wily). Then Cain finishes the job.

Personally, I HATE fighting Zero at the end. He's just a bitch to fight before Sigma. That's why I collect all his pieces and then watch the kickass scene where the real Zero destroys the dark copy. WINNAR!

I loved fighting zero. It made for a cool epic fight, plus he was easy anyways. Sigma in X2 was a bitch though.

I actually think the exact opposite. The room that you fight Zero in is tiny and he's pretty fast and has strong attacks. I would have to waste a sub-t on him. Then again, I only needed 2 to take on Sigma.

That's weird, I never used a tank for zero, and always ran dry for sigma.
