Who do you want to see most at Love Fest SF 9/23/06?

Maybe we can convince some really awesome talent who couldn't make it last year to make their plans early to be in SF for Love Week.
Here's a few I'd like to see (would make my girlie really happy since she'll visiting me for my bday!):
- Gabriel & Dresden (come on guys, it's your home town! Yes, I know Dave doesn't read here anymore)
- Armin Van Buuren (duh!)
- Nu-NRG

...just to name a few.

Also, I hope for some nice events after the parade, but no Bill Graham puddles for me this year!

Yeah, since when is it legal to gallivant about the city naked? The most disturbing thing I saw at LP 05' was a naked man sitting on a curb with his genitals resting on that filthy curb in downtown SF

sf needs a REAL prog/electro promoter. we have drive and satellite sf who at least bring in most of the giant djs, but on wednesday night parties ONLY! wtf is that! between wednesday to saturday when they play in la, what are they doing on thursday or friday night??? we need a promoter to book lostep, desyn, paolo mojo and holden on thursdays, fridays and saturdays at real clubs and not small lounges with poor acoustics and weak sound systems! when spundae books burridge, digweed, warren and zabiela, those are some of the BEST parties of the year. plus the promoting for many of these wed parties is terrible /rant

you're making me feel bad i missed him last week

- Sasha
- Digweed
- Zabiela
- Cattaneo
- Ferry Corsten (I'll be pissed if he ain't at it this year)
- Chris Liebing

Umm... That's pretty much it. I haven't been paying much attention to big-named DJs lately. I'd throw Underworld, The Chemical Brothers, and Rabbit in the Moon onto the list, but LoveFest isn't too fitting for such live acts.

ide havta agree with that artist selection the most....MAURO is an excellent 1st choice. But ide bump Lawler to 2nd, put Cattaneo right behind Zabiela....(not taking anything away from JZ but ive seen him twice and Digweed is one of the legends ive failed 2 witness in person.)The rest seems about right...

Spundae should throw a good party, apart from Skills, somewhere else. Just my opinion.

I actually really liked the afterparty setup, although the no water bottle caps thing was dumb, but that was a vendor issue.

No matter what Spundae/Skills will try to do to improve the line situation, you still have to understand that at 8PM there will be 10,000 people congregating to the building all at once, as opposed to a normal massive where people will steadily come in over time. If you want to play it safe, you should stand in line starting at maybe 6:30 or 7:00.
