Taken today at ~2pm.

Good thing I am coming back home in a week or so.

Confused

lol...that's pretty damn hot!!!!!! How did that happen? lol

Posted by King Luis on May-21-2006 19:55:

hahaha....i once had mine saying -30c in the summer.
check your outside temp sensor.
in my car is in the driver side brake duct.
don't know where exactly yours would be.

Posted by adi26 on May-21-2006 20:05:

Subtract 5 degrees from the number because of the engine heat gets added on...well, 41.5 is still hot. Good think youre back home in a week or so...

Hahahaha.. I am in Dubai right now..and it was actually +46.5 C in the afternoon. No malfunction here, except of myself if I stay in the heat too long.

Cars these days have the sensor somewhere where there is the least reading discrepancy. While external factors do come into play, there are not as much as the old days. (1 or 2 degrees at the max)

Looks like a model between 1992 - 1996.

Remember seeing it in a 1994 320i.

the record is 58C in libiya in 1922. Geez, I don't know how it would be possible to stay alive in that heat.

4.4. Yup, adaptive headlights is a neat feature. Believe it or not, it does help.
