Driver Has 18 Times Legal Alcohol Limit

I felt that this merited a discussion. It's no surprise that he comes from the Baltics.

Sungaila, who was slapped with a $1,110 fine and the loss of his license for up to three years, told police he had been drinking the night before and tried to freshen up by downing a pint of beer for breakfast. Lithuania has one of the worst road safety records in the European Union. Last year, 760 people died in traffic accidents in this country of 3.5 million residents. Most were alcohol-related. I wanted to have a BBQ and drink on my rooftop either Sunday or Monday if the weather is good. My roommate got roped into going to a wedding in MN so we were gonna cancel it, but if enough people want to do something we can spin some tunes, drink and BBQ. I'm sure my rugby team would be down.

Moving the decks to the roof and spinning with some barbecue and beer on the side would be a downright phenomenal way to cap off this weekend

EDIT: OK, I'll compromise, they'll be outside, but downstairs, not on the roof. And I mean NOT on the roof, the neighbors have complained several times.

I bought 30 foot RCA composite cables today

They are dying to be strung up to the roof.

I think I had 18 times the legal limit in my bloodstream last night. This morning was possibly the worst hangover ever. 4 hours later and i'm still hurting.
