I think Supreme just go faster than the original ones, like 10 days v. 21. Premium are ... well ... premium 7 days! But yeah, like Caela said, if you have sensitive teeth I'd recommend against them.

yeah i'm on my third day in a row usin em, and my teeth have been holdin up so far. these things work quickly too, damn.

Weaker enamel coating leads to chipping/breaking of teeth. Before you get to the dentist to fix the problem, you'll have regretted using any of those products.

I know, man. It depresses me too. There really is no way to keep our teeth happy and healthy except for the use of toothpaste, proper toothbrushing techniques, flossing and mouthwash.

And that doesn't even help with whitening (significantly, at least. Not something like Crest is advertising with their use of their products).

I thought these stips are bad for your teeth in the long run too...

btw, can anyone advise me on what to do if your lips get dark because of smoking (except stop smoking)

me too! i dont smoke cigs any more except for the occasional drunken one at a club, but i do drink a cup of coffee each day and my teeth stay sparkly white too

speaking of teeth though, i haven't had a real cleaning in like 2 or 3 years i've always had pretty good luck with my teeth though. i've had one tiny cavity my whole life and i'm never gonna get wisdom teeth, thank god. i need to visit the dentist though, i've had a couple mild toothaches in my one back tooth over the last few months, and i keep ignoring it. but i can't afford dentist work right now

yeah i haven't gone to the dentist in probably 5 years. i've never had cavities or any problems with my teeth, but i don't even know if i have wisdom teeth or if i'll ever have to get them taken out... i think that's the biggest reason i'm scared of going to see a dentist.

I haven't been to the dentist for a cleaning in 10 years. But I brush twice and floss once everyday...so I'm good. Never had a cavity...and all my wisdom teeth grew in straight!

i floss a lot too. not daily, but at least 2 or 3 times a week. i do every time i eat red meat for dinner. i go nuts if i can feel something stuck in my teeth. i've even used a piece of my hair if i didn't have floss. haha
