Oh, and I have no opinion myself on which country/continent, has better dancers in clubs and the like, seen as I have never gone to any foreign clubs myself.

doubt it because even if it was the sonorous remix (which rocks btw) sunset in ibiza was released in 2001 and sasha had "left trance" then, but it's definantly an xtravaganza vinyl, and i definantly think that picture is pre-99 and and i *think* it's blue fear, or any chicane track.
