I suck at my job!

So after today I'm done with the sweet ass job I had working from home. I was doing sales for a resort, and they hooked me up with a laptop. My hours were perfect, and the money was good. But since I wasn't a top producer, I can't work from home anymore. I can probably stay at this job, except I'll have to work from the office...which is good because the hours and pay will stay the same. But it sucks cause I'll be supervised and all that crap.

So I'm not sure if I even want to do it anymore. I probably should suck it up, because I want my cake and to eat it too. I pretty much won't take a job if it interferes with my social life.

I'm really only working this summer so I can pay my bills and party, and this job covers that perfectly. I know if I looked for another job I wouldn't get such a sweet deal...and there's no way in hell I'm going to work my ass off somewhere else and have it cut into my free time.

Ugh! I hate that I can't have it my way!!

Jennie, what do u actually do for sales.? is it alot of cold calling.? Or Servicing regular customers.?

This is not a career I'm talking about here. I'm perfectly aware of what the "real world" is like, probably more than you think. And when that time comes, I'll be prepared for it. But for NOW, I will not bust my ass, especially if I don't have to.

One of the best part-time jobs I had (didn't pay for shit though) was working as a part-time bank teller. If you walk your resume around to the bank branches in your area, you should be good (they're always looking for young, attractive people as the "front-line" marketing rule applies).
