Tiesto // Houston & Dallas // Review, Pics & Vids

I just got back home from my texas trip. I had a very good time, Texans know how to party.
I was able to make it to the Warehouse live and Club Blue, but i missed MBar. So here is my review for both shows.

Warehouse Live:

Three different deejays opened for Tiesto, they all had nice short sets, I was not able to tell who they were but if you check the pics you might recognize them, if you do plz let me know who they are.
As expected the place was packed, before Tiesto went on stage, a fight broke out right in the middle of the dance floor, but security took care of it and kicked some guys out (That sucks). Something you don't really see much at parties of this sort. Anyways it seemed like everybody was enjoying the show. Tiesto did leave the stage for a few minutes in the middle of the set (signature move), and at the end he played Moonlight Party but stopped it right in the middle then ran out of stage, wasnt sure what was going on, then i figured that the show was over. Weird way to end a party for a dj of his caliber but i guess you never know what to expect from him, he sometimes has an excellent show and sometimes not so much. Also during his first hour he seemed like he was enjoying it but then he seemed tired and just couldn't wait to get this party over with.
Last, i think the Warehouse wasn't a bad venue except that the sound system was not the best. He played for about two to two and a half hours.

Club Blue:

From previous threads i was not sure what to expect from Blue, I Heard some negative comments about the place, but let me assure you that the club was perfect for Tiesto, The sound system was excellent, and the crowd was unbelievable, I had a blast. He had the whole dance floor jumping up and down non stop, He played a lot of awesome tracks, he looked like he was having a very good time, He did play Moonlight Party last again, but played it all the way this time then took the microphone to thank everyone in Dallas for coming out. He also played an encore, i think it was DJ Preach - Broken Inside. The only bad think about Blue is it felt like 300 degrees, It was HOT. I lost about 10 pounds and i am only 160. All from sweat. But i think i regained my weight back by now.

Overall I had an awesome time in both parties but I enjoyed more Dallas. I think he had a better set @ Blue.

The pics and videos are not the best but it should give you an idea on how it was or remind you of those two nights.

I did not post a track list, i believe it is posted on a different thread.

True that man, the sound system wasn't that good, but at least it got the job done, which was provide a hella good time and music. I went to the after party and it was pretty much the same set just with a few additions of old tracks like lethal industry...Overall both set were nice but IMO warehouse was the best.
