Can someone please id this track? Sounds like universal nation

My friend downloaded a bootleg that claimed to be Universal Nation with the cheesy soulsearchers or something vocal (Which sounds awfull btw). However its not universal nation but i do belive the tune is popular just i dont know what it is. I recorded a short sample
