transferring large files for free (under 1 gig)
I need to send my dad last weeks episode of sopranos. He's not super computer savoy and he uses a mac.
With YSI and Megaupload having set limits now I need to find another alternative...
so whats the new solution? there must be one!

But ok, whatever... |
...now stop rolling your eyes at me
Use WINRAR and split the file into 5-6 diferent parts of an archive
upload to megaupload/sendspace
done
PS. uploading a 1gig file to a HTTP upload site is not smart
examples: disconected off the net, pressed on a banner by accident, closed the site by accident
