Hello my friends. Just been working on this track for the past 7 hours or so. I had like 3 totally different version and I'm definite this is the sound I want. Give your opinion on this track because it's ALMOST finished...it just needs an outro for the most part.

tried again it worked..

nice drive from all your percs. sounds a bit retro from the beginning. kick is a bit thin. id like a nicer warm kick with more thump and loads more low bass on the b line.

arrangement is good and balance sounds good. but bitrate holds back the sound i think..

break:- reminds me of the trance i loved in the day i think sounds could be wetter. main lead is clean and perfect.

the kick really does need more ooomph in my opinion.

a nice melodic uplifter.

bass is a bit high for me but thats ok .
alot off nice percs in this one! .
some nice sounds youve got in here!
kick needs alot off beefing up .
the vocals are quite weird, i dont like them, it doesnt sound natural it becomes quite hypnotic though.
Nice melody fading in!
quite uplifting .
bass needs some serious beefing up! this track would definatly use that massive feel some tunes have!

dont like that double closed hat, reminds me of horse riding, "giddy up charlie"!

Thanks a lot guys. Yeah the bassline is definitely getting changed. I'll give you guys the finished version when it's done. Bassline and kick will be changed for sure though.

nice bass. kick is too weak imo. has no presence in the track.

melody is nice. i like the movement of it although when it starts to evolve it doesnt sound right. maybe change a few keys around at the end of the melody.

breakdown has a nice feel to it. i like the structure of it. a nice track to listen to although it didnt really catch me in a way that i would want to listen to it again.

Thanks for the review kane. I personally like the melody and think it flows well, but I'm confused about what you mean about the evolution of the melody. Would you care to explain? The breakdown is being changed to a more airy type feel instead of so boring and plain with those pads. More of an atmosphere I think.

the introduction of the melody is fine. although the change at 1:37 doesnt flow right to me. change a few keys about to try and get a smoother flow.

i like the new bass and new break, i do have some stuff to complain about .
that fx ending is to abrupt to me for that airy feel!
make it flow in waves!
the melody is emotional .
maybe give the bass some more oomph, your track seems kinda plain when i raise the volume but thats just me .

Hmmm I could really use some good monitors because right now I'm just working with some crappy creative pc speakers =/. It's quite difficult to get that sound I want out of them. Right now though I'm trying to create a better airy break and a more emotional way to go into the climax of the track. The breakdown is fine, but I think it could use more atmosphere.
