Cherry Moon 2.1 July 8th 2006

Join us on Saturday July 8th on the beautiful grounds of Cherry Beach as Tone brings you the craziest beach party of the summer. Not only have we selected the cities top electronic artists, we have also confirmed a exclusive performance from one of North America's top techno dj's. We welcome you come by and party or relax at an outdoor event that pushes the limits of sight and sound. We will be bringing in full visuals and a top of the line JBL sound system for your outdoor enjoyment. We hope to see all your smiling faces as this will be a night to remember as it will also be one of the after parties of the beats breaks and culture music festival.

Confirmed Artists:

DIETRICH SCHOENEMANN (hidden agenda, cocoon,prototype 909, Side 4) NYC

Over the past few years Dietrich has established himself as one of the top techno producers/DJs in the US. Emphasizing releases on his own labels Hidden Agenda and Remains, his tracks have become staples in DJs sets, and numerous mix CDs. Dietrich's sound ranges from deep, tribal grooves to edgy techno with productions skills polished to perfection over the past 10+ years. New York's steady has had recent releases on Tension, Cocoon, Fiji, Confuser, Sonic Groove, Instinct, High Octane, Disko B, Plastic City, and the PUSHER releases on Chicago's newest techno imprint Blueline. His tracks have been featured on DJ mix CDs from the ranks of Danny Teneglia to Frankie Bones. His hit 12" release "19 Bullets" (Tension Music) has become an anthem in both London and NYC and is presently selling out of its 5th pressing! I can't believe that Dietrich is flying to Toronto for a beach party.... Thats crazy..I would have never expected that for a free party on the Beach.

for now this is the only beach party we are doing. Perhaps we can do another one in august if we find an artist that is suitable for the beach. If anyone has recomendation let me know and perhaps we can make it happen
