Could someone identify this track?

Some 14 year old uploaded this track to a contest.
We (me & some friends) are pretty sure he stole it because we've heard this one before, but can't remember the name of the track.

ROTTEN track!!! You won't be able to get this one ID'ed here I'm predicting.
This sounds like recycling bin's greatest hits! Even if the kid did steal it, it's awful so no big deal. Though I couldn't understand someone wanting to take credit for this.
