No 150k+/yr? No forum access!

Yea, so i registered an account at 6speedonline.com and after activating, realized that i can't post, PM, etc. I asked several people what the problem might be, and it turns out that you have to make $150k+/yr and provide proof of income in order to post there. Crazy... i've never heard of this being done before! Funny thing is, even if you do make that much, there isn't even anyone you can contact, as PMs are disabled. Blows my mind.

I did start it, but only one section of my site is like that.
