Poi instructional vids?

Seeing as I'm too cheap to buy an actual video, anyone have any links to websites with free poi tutorial vids? Couldn't find much in the way of instructional stuff on YouTube or anything, so I thought I'd ask here. I'm expecting some poi toys in the mail soon and want to learn some new tricks for EDC. Thanks!
