Great interview I especially liked hearing about his various influences.

His concept of spoon feeding people edm by using familiar vocals is interesting, but at the same time I think it can backfire ... people can get awfully touchy when someone changes a track they love

Yeah it can....but Steve nicks herself loved the song so much she wanted to do it....then fans were calling them up telling how that song has opened their eyes to a whole new genre of music. To me it's pretty awesome to see such a positive exposure of dance music

Indeed they have, too many people don't research their subject and ask general questions. I'd honestly be embarassed to ask a DJ "where's your favourite place in the world to play?".

LOL that was great....at first I thought he was talking about Max, but then it dawned on me he was talking about the guy in the message. I should have told Ali about Max's stingray picture....

so we came out and recorded in this studio called "The Village" where Fleetwood Mac had recorded "Rumors" and it had a total 60s vibe in there. Pink Floyd has recorded in there as well.

awesome, imagine the coke stories that studio has! lol
