Unknown Goa/Psy track

I've had this song for about 5 years and never found the name of it so I found this place and thought I'd give it a shot. This has a goa/psy trance feel to it and has a quote in it that goes "There are some things in science which should be brought to light, there are others which should be left alone." I've uploaded the whole song to my putfile account in hopes someone might be able to identify it.

well, thanks for that link, I posted this there too, but so far no luck. So no one knows this at all then? That sucks. It is an old track, I got it off of Napster when Napster was in its early (free) stage. That was probably back in 1998-ish. And the problem with old technology is that ID3 data tags weren't used back in that time, so once I transfered it to cd, got rid of my computer, and now ripped it off I get a lot of unknown tracks.....*sigh* oh well.....

maybe someone knows a similar sounding song or an artist that has music that sounds similar to this. I really need to get this one IDed....
