Crowd Samples

If anyone has some or knows where I can find, I'm looking for good crowd samples, whistling, "woo"ing and stuff. preferably with no music or low volume music so i can filter it out.

before anyone tries to pwn me, it's not for an entire set, i want to lay it subtley over a tune to enhance it a bit.

I'd be interested in some as well. I need something to practice Jesus Posing with and my old Jerry Springer Show tapes just aren't cutting it.

anyway i found a couple in my vengeance sample sets. theyve got too much noise tho, need something less ambient and longer than 30 seconds so i can fade it.

I don't have any crowd samples, but a good trick if you have an ambient clip that's too short and you want to be able to loop and fade in/out is to cut & paste different parts of it at random and lenghen it by editing, then readjust some of the transition points, add delays and reverbs and make them blend into eachother. Then use a basic sequencer like FL and play difference instances of the sample at different pitches and different times. I used that once for a sound clip of beach waves and it worked perfectly.

to the chants of "JERRY JERRY JERRY"

it will be handy if your name was Jerry though!

Tell me about it...if the crowd chanted "Dave Dave Dave" I could acheive maximum Jesus posability.

a BIT cheesy?

Dude, crowd noise is the cheesiest thing on the planet, and it should die a slow and painful death starting right about now if it was up to me.

That's one of the nice things about playing to a full dancefloor that's going off... they tend to make their own crowd noise.

Cheers
