Quote of the Night: HypnotEyez and myself were dancing up on the Skybar at around 430 and someone comes up to HypnotEyez and asks, "Hey, are you that crazy dancer Nada?"... I don't think you can get a better compliment then to have someone mistake your dancing for Nada's... I smell a Dance-off in the works

Simply Brilliant ...
Nathan Barato's first main room performance proved to be an awesome show of talent and tehnical abilites..Steve LaLa Lawler did what he does best and owned the dancefloor in the main room and Skybar with each track that he dropped...and in the end of it all it was The Sole resident of the Guvernment Mark Oliver that brought a wonderful ending to such a great night with his blend of quintessential House beats!

i'm not certain how to wirte my review, i know one thing it's gonna be sketchy and all over the place.... overall it was a great night but in comparison to last years sun rise sunset it wasen't even close, Lawler was good nothing out of the ordinary for him..... i didn't get a chnace to catch much of his skybar set becuse it was soooo over croweded and it was rather chilly after being in the heat of guv for like 6 hours i decided against risking getting sick since i was soaked form dancing my ass off .... biggest suprise of the night was i got lost in the aicd lounger for like 2 hours cuz George W. was killing it one dope track after the other, in those 2 hours i also saw something that discusted me some asian guy and his girl shooting up right in the acid lounge... seriously who shoots up at a bar and that's comming from a total sketchbag....also spent some time in the gallery Deko-ze was off the charts like always. and umm yeah in closing good night good times it was funny to see how manny TA's can pick my tall ass out of a crowd!

LAWLER AT THE SKYBAR, HOLY SHIT 
this morning was unbelievable, i seriously have no words, WOW music was fucking insane, the vibe was insane. Lawlers track selection was perfect. The SUNRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!I could not stop moving all morning.
The best party of 2006 for me right now and one of top 3 parties ever.
I havent slept in 2 days and i stayed untill the very end around 8:20am. thats how good it was.
started of with "Angello&Ingrosso - Click" and the crowd went absolutely nuts. Don't know/remember other tracks. I dont think any single person left untill the very end when we were forced to leave.
Also Nathan baratto played an amazing opening set for him at the skybar, i was extremely impressed.

Well....once again Lawler was stellar. I give it one X out of three on the dirty scale. Lawler is always good but I was hoping for something unbelievable from him as that is what I've come to expect. Tasha, Birthday Boy Craig and I got there around 11:30 and Nathan was dropping sick ass beats. I was so impressed with his skills and he was the perfect opener for Lawler. As I knew it would be the Guv was rammed. It didn't bother me in the least as I knew this coming into the night so there was no way a few pushy people were going to bother me.
Spent most of Lawler's Guv set out in the smoke hole dancing it up. It was awesome...so much room and so nice and cool.
Went up to the skybar around 5 and waited for lawler to hit the decks. I couldn't stop moving....the Chicago House was just killer and it just kept feeding me with energy. I must admit I love having the sun come up and just warm your body...and then seeing exactly how sketchy people are....I tell you....bar lights can do amazing things for some people
All and all it was a 9/10
I'm not gonna do shouts out to everyone this time as I am way too tired.
Tasha....aren't you glad you decided to show up....we hurt now but the memories....oh the memories...plus you were the first to witness my new dance move that will be sweeping the nation in no time.
Craig....once again happy birthday..I think we showed Lawler, TAs and The Guv how the Anderson brothers do it up.
Max...so how scared are you of me
Ben....so I hear it could be a long time before we see you again on the dance floor....It has been so awesome sharing a dance floor with you and getting to know you over the last year or so....we will have to stay in touch.
Jody....you are my bodyguard whether you like it or not It was so awesome to see you out....it has been way to long.
Tyler....as always...it was awesome having you out there..you are a true friend for sure.
Cale and Lisa - always a pleasure seeing the both of you....although...I like our PR parties better....more talking and more room to dance.
Josh - always enjoy seeing you out....you always look like you are having fun.

And to everyone else...because i know there is a lot more. I hope lawler was as good to you and he was to me. I really think people are starting to notice the talent this man has.
oh and for some strange reason....all night I had this strange feeling that Spitty was gonna come rushing through the crowd and just start tearing up the dance floor. I don't know why but right from the minute I walked in the Guv Doors I had that feeling.

Lawler closed the Guv set with a wicked last track...can anyone ID this? Wanted SO bad to see him in Skybar but it was way too packed! Regrets, but still had a great night! Where did all TA crew hang out? Signed on for guestlist on TA but my name was MIA when arrived at Guv...anyone with this same problem?
nice view in that pic, glad u guys had fun. i had to stay to take care of a friend. today is a good day tho :-) is beauuuuutiful ouside!

Damn! Should've stayed at Skybar...I was behind Lawler where the couches were most of the nite. Would love to meet fellow TA members sometime in the future. When is the next big party? Sonic Honey Dijon should be good.
