Oh ya, that's true.

Visor.

I've seen some that say 8, and some say 12.

lol jks..
The age limit might only be an advisory?...im not sure but doubt it
well he just has to take up a decent amount of room so that the safety belt can prevent possible injuries..

call insurance?

Is there like a government site explaining all the laws here?

edit: Shit, just found one.

quote:

Booster Seat

* Required by law for children under the age of 8, weighing between 18 kg and 36 kg (40 - 80 lb.) and less than 145 cm (4' 9") tall. Once a child exceeds any one of the above criteria they may be ready to use a seat belt alone.

Can these booster seats be used on front seats?

http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/portal/sit...30811060008a0c/

just general

'All children age 12 and under are [to be] properly restrained in the back seat'

http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/people/inj...r_Children1.pdf

I guess 2 seaters aren't meant for kids under 12?
=/
I dont know 4 sure..try looking for other sources
