this...only in Houston/Galveston! SHOWER CAPS! oh no she didn't! I kid you not..that little chihuahua belonged to the group next to us...it actually ran off from them to bark at this woman and her kid (RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!).. I HAD to discreetly take a picture..I was trying so hard not to laugh my ass off.
