Looking to rent a LOFT for a party

I am Looking to rent an industrial loft for one night (around july 8th). It might also be a private loft if you feel it could accomodate loud music untill 3 am.
The venue will be used for a 300 person party. It will be done in a profesionnal manner and your loft will be taken under a cleaning company's wing afterwards and should look cleaner then initially.
I would gladly make arrangements for a visit this coming weekend.

� la recherche d'un loft industriel pour une nuit (autour du 8 juillet). Loft priv� � ne pas exclure dans l'�ventualit� ou celui-ci pourrait accomoder de la musique forte jusqu'a 3 am.
L'emplacement sera utilis� pour une soir�e d'autour 300 personnes dans un concept professionel. Une entreprise de nettoyage sera mendat�e pour nettoyer si nec�ssaire.
