Help: Covert mp3 pro to mp3

hey ppl,

I need your help.
I've got some songs that are recorded in mp3 pro. And i want to play them with my mp3 discman, but it doesn't support mp3 pro.

So i need to convert them to mp3, but i can't find a program who can do that for me...

Can anyone help me finding one?
