ethnic flute hits

I've been looking for a good flute sound for short sharp hits (so far I only have one good for long notes) and I haven't found anything good anywhere. Could be sample, synth, whatever works.

If you're not clear as to what I'm looking for exactly, it's something similar to the flute in 'power of american natives'.

Thanks.

I know what a panflute is - but there's alot of other flutes that have similar sounds that would've worked.
