I go to Court tomorrow~!

I was summoned to appear in court tomorrow, I am a witness to some guy being run over last August 2005! 10 months later and now they have a court date. Finally. I am a lil' bit nervous! The nice part about it, is i will be paid from time off at work, since it happened in front of work!

Well, anyone been a witness in a court case?

At least the next day I am goin' to Washington for a VACATION! WOOT WOot.....

I was in a situation like that once. When the accused saw that everyone turned up...his lawyer "plea bargained", and we all got sent home!

I was a witness to a shooting 5 years ago, I went to court as 1 of two witnesses, and didn't have to go on the stand.

I saw a shooting once too!
never led to a court case - I hope that its over by 10am so i can go back to bed! I am nervous! I don't think it will be a a great day to wake n' bake

I am not really worried - the only thinkg i do worry about is not waking up on time! I hate alarms, I hate not waking up to alarms even more!

I've had to testify in court on a stolen vehicle fraud claim I handled. It is nothing like Law and Order that is for sure. I was nervous but it isn't that bad.

Awww, Dallas! I've been to court to testify against someone too. I was told off by the judge for being cheeky to the lawyer... good story. I'll tell you sometime.
