Please ID :) Sounds like Cascada but its not

Hi guys, I was going through some old mix cds that were in my car and came across this.. Prolly from 2004, and sounds very much like Cascada but I know its not. I encoded the song in 32kbps so its not a huge file to download, around 800 kbs.. If you guys can help me out, id appreciate it!

the one you have there is the cascada remix :P
