Tiesto Virus Soundset!

Hello peeps!

I just found this Tiesto Virus Soundset. I my self dont own a Virus (I wish), but i just came over this when surfi�n the net.

This is maybe nothing new, but for you who didnt know, and virus owners, check it out.

That site is incredibly hard to navigate and I found no information on where to download the bank or how much it costs (if its even for sale). I couldnt even find the picture of the TI there. Also, all the audio demos sound totally shite Like they came from reFX Vanguard...

Those of you who actually read "Remix" magazine, would know that sometime in 2003-2004, Tiesto actually had a professionaly made soundbank for him. He did not make it... someone else did. He got to use it for free and exclusively for a year. Thereafter, it was up for sale by creator (can't remember who it was).

Anyway, you want great patches - go to virus website or forums and download. None of these "pro" patches can do any better than what already has been done. Paying for virus patches is not only stupid but you should be slapped for it for being such an amature!

you're buying one of the most powerful synths in existance and have someone else do the patches for you???? Like buying a Ferrari and paying a driver to drive you around in it.

Stoopid.

p.s. Tiesto is a brand name and a shitty one at that. He's a fucking has-been sell out worse than Oakey. At least Oakey was (and still is) tallented. Tiesto was never tallented, was always big-headed, and hasn't produced anything decent in over 5 or more years.

Oakenfold got on the scene back in like late 80's. He's done lots of work with different producers and before he became a #1 DJ (and even entered into a Guiness Book of World Records) he was and still is a musician. His soundtrack for movie "Swordfish" was pretty decent, not to mention several other tracks and TV/Movie works.

Now, I love to bash the popular (and cocky) celebrity as much as the next guy but give the man some props - he has done more for the scene than Tiesto ever has. At least Oakie didn't just come, raped and pilaged, sold his name to everyone who was buying, and told his fans to suck it - like Tiesto does. At least the man is creative and tallented, unlike Tiesto - which is none of the above.

Pleeez... let's be objective here lads, cool?

Oh, and all you bitches who bust on Oakie - IF you tell me you weren't the ones rolling your heads off to "Southern Sun" (hate to admit it - Tiesto's remix ) or few of his other choons - you're FUCKING LIARS!

seriously guys, the tiesto bashing is getting a little bit old.

There are far better newer producers bashing out some amazing work.

These soundsets would come in handy if I personally owned a Virus. A friend has one so i'll check them out.

what do you call bunkka? that's the flagship sellout record of all time. collaborations with ice-cube, nelly furtado & tricky? that garbage is more mainstream than tiesto ffs.

amyways, as someone mentioned earlier, REMIX magazine did a review on the synth pack and said it was utter shite. not joking, i've never seen them slam a product so hard. the sounds would be very dated by now, as they were when the review was written.

I started this thread just for the information, i really dont give a f**k about if you like Tiesto, Armin or Okenfold, or if this soundset n out of date or not! Just take it or leave it, this reading is just lame.

Go and make something of your self, insted of complaining on people that actully make some money and can live on club music, not many do that!

There are people out there that maybe didnt know about this soundset, and may appriciate it, i don�t care about you all other jellous i**ots, or if its bad of sucks or is crap. Like i said, i dont even own i f**king virus.

So for you people that trashes this part of the forum, WHERE PEOPLE SHARE WHAT THEY KNOW!!! RIGHT!!!??? go complain som other place, and stop pretend like you all are some musical geniuses, just make me sick.
