it's not much we have in electronic dance music here in hamburg on friday 30th, only thing i know that "waagenbau" offers a worldcup-party ( www.waagenbau.com ) and "tunnel" hardtrance, hardstyle and hardcore as usualy ( www.tunnel.de ).

better you go to the official fanfest on "heiligengeistfeld" to meet a lot of people from all over the world. www.fanfest.hamburg.de

Unfortunately, the fan fest closes early (in Hamburg it's noon to midnight). My q final match in Hamburg is at 9 PM, definitely over around 11 or midnight.

For Hamburg, maybe it's Kiez for after match party, but dunno about the rest.

Oh yes, I don't speak German, so please excuse my ignorance for speaking English

Danke

yes, at kiez / reeperbahn will be party. there you'll find a lot,
pubs and clubs with all kind of music but no techno/trance-partys with famous dj's. only thing which is there is the tunnel, on their page you'll find a map where it's placed. if you want to go to waagenbau to listen to elektro, drum'n'bass and minimal i can tell you where it is.

from the stadion you can go directly by train, you have to use subway
s3 from stellingen to reeperbahn or if the shuttlebus brings you to
othmarschen the subway ( s1 ) there will go to reeperbahn too.

Posted by gameson on Jun-19-2006 02:37:

thx, man, i m so looking forward to reeperbahn/kiez after my q final match in hamburg. i hope lots of people are going to that direction after the game.

i heard something about the fishmarct (fishmarket I assume)? Good seafood? I love seafood, especially fried fish. Is it close to the Kiez? Any recommended restaurants? what to order? I am sure I will be hungry after the game

getting back to the subject, i guess there isn't much going on in germany. i just looked at thread in usa west coast that my fave DJ, ATB and AVB is freaking playing on june 30 in LA, what the hell? i m going all the way and they are over here when i m there. unacceptable, lol. DAMN !!

I'm very unhappy to tell You that the well known market "Fischmarkt" only takes place on sunday mornings - so You will miss it!
But there are many restaurants for seafood around the market-place "Fischmarkt"; just habe a look what they can serve You!
The Fischmarkt is very close to the Kiez - You can make that distance by feet!

I cant't tell You good restaurants @Kiez - I prefer other ones in other districts of Hamburg!
The are many bars and Clubs all over Kiez!
It depends to the kind of music You like to listen to!
As Strandjunge mentioned before You won't be lucky enough to celebrate to good trance stuff with famous DJs!

i think you've to follow only the fans from winning team. they'll find the right way.

fischmarkt is only sundays from 5am on. but round this place fischmarkt and the street "grosse elbstrasse" you'll find a lot of nice restaurants which offers seafood and which are open every day. but I don't know how long they'll have open. but on reeperbahn are also lots of restaurants and one which offers simple seafood, it's called daniel wischer, have forgot where it is but as i remember between the subwaystation reeperbahn and famous street called grosse freiheit. and also in the stadion you can buy "fischbroetchen".

cologne july 2-3
dortmund july 4 (got tix)
munich july 5-6 (got tix)

About Hamburg, since I will be staying at the hotel near the main train station, any recommended good restaurant as I want to fill myself up before going to the fan fest (for the 5 PM match in Berlin) and the stadium?

After that, filling it up again at the Kiez reeperbahn. I cant wait. Are there anyone here from Hamburg or any of the cities mention above?

Fusion isn't in Hamburg; it's outside - nearly one hour distance to Hamburg!
It is in Mecklenburg Vorpommern; this is one of Germanys 16 states!
From Hamburg You drive there by train (Deutsche Bahn); the nearest railway station close to Fusion is "Neustrelitz" or "Mirow"! From "Neustrelitz" You can take the shuttle service operated by taxis!
Presale tickets are not available; they are sold out!
But You can get tickets at the entrance to the area; they cost 45,- plus 5,- for waste (this You'll get back by leaving the area)!
