i used to eat beef but until about 3 or 4 years ago i stopped because i got grossed out thinking of bloody cow material. i'd rather eat turkey substitutes, chicken and fish. and NO i'm not a vegetarian or a vegan.

you can eat a bloody, abused chicken(KFC incident)! Or a mercury-filled fish! 10x better than a bloody cow!

C'mon, every animal is horribly killed for us to eat, suck it up and eat a steak.

this is the absolute dumbest thing ive ever read in my life. All those animals bleed.Redeem yourself by posting pictures of your chest while standing in a cold room.

The management

lol wow...don't all get angry! i know they all bleed but beef just grosses me out. whenever i cooked it i saw minute amounts of blood coming out of it and it just grossed me out. at least when i cooked other things (such as chicken, turkey, fish, etc) i didn't see such a sight.

yeah i know animals have to be killed. like i stated i'm NOT a vegan or vegetarian and i'm not a PETA nazi...it's jsut my opnion. no need to get your boxers in the mud.

Yeah, but it's a stupid, hipocritical opinion.

But that's just my opinion.

k i don't see where the hipocrisy is. as long as i don't see the blood coming from it as i cook it, i will eat it. that's just me. it's an "all-in-my-head" situation.

thanks for calling it stupid and hypocritical though...you're awesome for that.

Hey it's just my opinion! You could be a really cool chick, that doesn't mean I have to agree with EVERYTHING you say. Everyone has their own opinions about various things and that's mine. I'm sure a lot of your other opinions are very intelligent, well thought out and sensible, I just don't think this one is. But then again we are all hipocrits, no one can escape that. Just because they way beef is red before you cook it you wont eat it whereas chicken is a little pinker- I just don't understand why that subtle difference freaks you out. Have you ever had Bluefin Tuna? EXACT same color as beef, red and bloody- if you saw that would it trip you out as well?

I only eat british beef, i've seen some gross things about the brazillian beef that the supermarkets sell cos it's cheaper, but Aberdeen Angus is the tastiest beef in the world
